This year I'm doing a Nachobirthday for "A Place to Bark"
A Place To Bark, established in 2001, is a small animal rescue taking nearly 1000 pets from high-kill animal control agencies, puppy mills, and police-confiscated cruelty cases each year and placing them into adoptive facilities and adoptive care. Bernie Berlin, founder of A Place To Bark, provides a temporary home and a place of sanctuary; where dogs have time to rehab medically, be retrained behaviorally, healed psychologically, quarantined properly, and be given every opportunity at having the best chance of a successful life.
Bernie Berlin is a woman who is extremely excited and dedicated to the job of saving animals and creating a model in support of life instead of the convenience of euthanasia. It's been an honor speaking to her about A Place to Bark Animal Rescue and an honor to be able to help in any way that I can. So I ask all of you to help me as well.
On my birthday, May 21st at 4pm CST, Billy and I will be holding an 8 hour livestream made up of old radio dramas as well as my yearly MCP Horror Reboot.
But as an added bit, We'll be linking to this nachobirthday landing page so everyone can see just how much we all can do to help support A Place to Bark. I invite all of you to donate and help give these pets a chance at life.
