As many of you have asked me what I would like for my birthday, well this is it! I would like you to give to the Lung Cancer Research Foundation. As most of you know I lost my Grandmother Margie Semchenko to lung cancer just five short years ago. She not only was my best friend, she was a courageous woman who lived life to the absolute fullest. She never went one day without putting a smile on someone else’s face. Whether that person be a family member, a patient (she was a nurse for over 25 years), or simply a stranger she encountered in her day to day life. She was the most giving, kind hearted, spirit lifting, prankster, and supportive person I have ever met. I would like for you to take the time to donate to this cause. Even if it’s five dollars that would have been spent on a card. This would mean the world to me and so many others that have been affected by this terrible disease. This day isn’t about me it is about everyone taking time and celebrating the life they have and what they get to do with it.
